Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service define the rights, duties, and responsibilities between Always With You LLC ("Company") and users regarding the use of the Aniflow service ("Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Service" refers to the AI-based video generation service and related services provided by the Company.
  • "User" refers to members who enter into a service agreement with the Company according to these Terms.
  • "Coins" refers to virtual currency required to use features such as video generation within the Service.
  • "Content" refers to videos, images, and other outputs created by users through the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms become effective by posting on the service screen or by notifying users through other methods.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws.
  3. When amending the Terms, the Company will announce the effective date and reason for amendment 7 days in advance.

Article 4 (Service Agreement)

  1. The service agreement is concluded when the user agrees to the Terms, applies for membership, and the Company accepts it.
  2. The Company may refuse or terminate the service agreement for applications that:
    • Use false names or another person's identity
    • Provide false information
    • Fail to meet other application requirements set by the Company

Article 5 (Service Provision)

  1. The Company provides the following services:
    • AI-based video generation service
    • Generated content storage and management service
    • Coin recharge and payment service
    • Other services determined by the Company
  2. Services are provided 24 hours a day, year-round in principle. However, they may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance.

Article 6 (Use of Coins)

  1. Users can purchase coins to use paid features within the Service.
  2. Coins cannot be converted to cash and can only be used within the Service.
  3. Purchased coins are valid for 5 years from the purchase date.
  4. Free coins may have a separate validity period.

Article 7 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following:

  • Stealing others' information
  • Unauthorized modification of information posted by the Company
  • Creating and distributing prohibited content (pornography, copyright-infringing content, etc.)
  • Actions that interfere with stable service operation
  • Other illegal or improper actions

Article 8 (Content Copyright)

  1. Copyright of content created by users through the Service belongs to the users.
  2. The Company may use user content for service improvement and promotional purposes.
  3. Users shall not create content that infringes on others' copyrights.

Article 9 (Service Restrictions)

The Company may restrict service use through warnings, temporary suspension, or contract termination if users violate the Terms or interfere with normal service operation.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is exempt from liability when unable to provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters, wars, or telecommunications service interruptions.
  2. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by users' own fault.
  3. The Company is not responsible for legal disputes arising from content created by users through the Service.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. If disputes arise between the Company and users, both parties shall resolve them through good faith consultation.
  2. If disputes cannot be resolved through consultation, jurisdiction follows civil procedure law.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms of Service are effective from December 23, 2025.
