1. Refund Policy Overview

Always With You LLC ("Company") prioritizes customer satisfaction and provides the following refund policy for the Aniflow service.

2. Coin Refunds

2.1 Refundable Cases

  • Coins not used at all within 7 days of purchase
  • Coins not properly credited due to service defects
  • Duplicate payments due to payment errors
  • Payments made by minors without legal guardian consent

2.2 Non-Refundable Cases

  • If any purchased coins have been used
  • If more than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • Free coins from events, promotions, etc.
  • If service use is restricted due to Terms violations

2.3 Partial Refunds

If some coins have been used, partial refunds for remaining coins are possible according to the following:

  • Refund after deducting the regular price of used coins
  • 10% refund processing fee deducted
  • Bonus coins are excluded from refunds

3. Refund Procedure

  1. Refund Request: Submit refund request to customer service email ([email protected])
    • Member email address
    • Payment date and amount
    • Reason for refund
  2. Review: Review within 3 business days of receiving the request
  3. Refund Processing: Refund processed within 7 business days after review
  4. Refund Complete: Refund to original payment method (for credit cards, 3-5 business days depending on card company policy)

4. Compensation for Service Issues

If service disruptions occur due to Company's fault, we compensate as follows:

  • Video generation failure: Full refund of coins used
  • Extended service interruption: Coin or subscription compensation (proportional to downtime)

5. Subscription Refunds (If Applicable)

For subscription services:

  • Within 7 days of subscription start: Full refund available (if service not used)
  • After 7 days: No refund, automatic cancellation at next billing date
  • Cancellation is available at any time, and service can be used for the remaining period

6. App Store / Play Store Purchases

For payments made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are processed according to each store's refund policy. Please request a refund directly from the purchase history in the store, or contact each store's customer service.
